Man-Faced Stink Bug
Catacanthus incarnatus
- Habitat
- Fruit trees and shrubs across tropical India and Southeast Asia
- Body length
- 25 mm
- Order

Weird but real
The pattern on its back looks like a scowling human face; entomologists swear one variant resembles Elvis Presley.
Why it's cool
Nature drew a glaring cartoon face on a stink bug's back, and it works as a startle mask that spooks would-be predators.
